Jean joined St. John Providence in 2008 and held several executive positions including Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer, Providence Park Hospital President, and President of Acute Care Operations for the health system. She served as the interim President and CEO of St. John Providence beginning in June 2013 and was appointed to the position in December 2013.
